Monday: Chicken Curry Salad

Add an extra touch to your salad with this recipe inspired by India.

INGREDIENTS:
- 500 gr. Boneless skinless breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 tablespoons grated carrot
- 2 tablespoons celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup roasted cashews
- 1/4 cup freshly chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup raisins
For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1/4 of simple Greek yogurt
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
- Salt
- Ground black pepper

A healthy dinner!

INGREDIENTS:
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 500 gr. minced meat
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon of paprika
- 3 peppers, halved (without seeds)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar
- 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- Pico de gallo, to serve
- Hot sauce, to serve
- Lime wedges, to serve

- 6 slices of bacon
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 500 gr. Brussels sprouts, cut
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 4 large eggs

Thursday: Asparagus Cream

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 clove of minced garlic
- 1 jkilo of asparagus cut
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 cup low-salt chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of cream, and a little more to decorate
- Freshly chopped chives, to decorate
- Freshly chopped dill, to decorate

INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken breasts, wings and thighs (about 2 kilos) with skin
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 2 cups of whey or whole milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce, such as Crystal or Texas Pete
- 2 cup flour
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 4 cups of vegetable oil, for frying
For spicy oil:
- 4 tablespoons cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 oil for frying
- White bread, to serve
- pickles, to serve
